Convenient Location, Spacious Room, and Good Facilities I recently spent the weekend at a hotel for a wedding ceremony and I must say there were some good and bad experiences. the hotel's location was the best part of my stay. It was in close proximity to the wedding hall and other important places. the room was spacious enough to accommodate my belongings and I felt comfortable during my stay. the facilities offered by the hotel were impressive and added to the convenience of my stay. Worst aspects: Inconvenient Stairs and Poor Customer Service there were some aspects of my stay that I disliked. the stairs leading to the room were inconvenient, especially for the elderly or people with knee problems. the customer service was poor as the front desk was not always attended to and I had to wait for assistance.
